Chukwuka is an LLM degree holder from the Centre for Law, Technology and Society at the University of Ottawa, Canada. He graduated with a 2nd class upper from Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University, Anambra and Law School and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2015. He has practiced with top Commercial Law firms in Lagos before joining K&C Partners as an Associate Counsel. He has a flair for legal research, and advises clients on Cyber and Internet law, Intellectual Property, Communication and technology law, Fintech, E-commerce and Retail, Software and Artificial Intelligence licensing.
