Livinus is a graduate of Madonna University Okija, Anambra State with a Bachelor of Laws Degree. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2014 after attending a successful course of study at the Nigerian Law School Kano campus, Kano. He obtained his LL.M from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Kaduna State in June 2017. He is a bonafide Dispute Resolution Specialist (D.R.S). He is currently an Associate Counsel with the firm.

Livinus practice areas include; Dispute Resolution, Real Estate and Construction, Labour and Employment matters, Leisure and Hospitality, Intellectual Property and Energy and Natural Resources. He is a Member of the Nigerian Bar Association as well as other professional Law bodies.
